Well done too to installation team members, John Foster, Cliff Hall, Alan Gallagher, Colin Llewellyn, Alan Graham, Alan Reynolds, Colin Thompson, Colin Dixon, Michael Slater, Colin Slater, Darren Wilkinson, Stan O'Donnell and David Forster , who completed the Insulation and Remedial Maintenance Operations NVQ through a series of on-site, and off-site assessments and appraisals.
Other staff members who have already started on or are to start on their own NVQ qualifications path will take encouragement from the success of their colleagues and will be trying to match their achievements.
Chairman and Executive Director, Ken Middlemass, adds his personal congratulations to the candidates and commented:
"Our aim is to ensure that KNW has a highly trained and efficient work force to deliver a first class service to all of our customers. In our efforts to combat climate change, home insulation is one of the most effective and cost efficient measures which can be taken, and we want to deliver this service in a quick and tidy manner to the maximum number of homes with the minimum of disruption to our clients. All KNW operatives who achieve the NVQ will be awarded an salary increase to confirm our commitment to quality and efficiency".
